How do I return an item?


Due to items being custom-designed, we do not accept any returns nor exchanges.



What is your return policy?


Due to items being custom-designed, we do not accept any return nor exchanges. You do have the option to add postal insurance on your items, in case of any damage that was caused by the mail carriers. We take pictures of our items prior to shipping and depending on the item, we will send a picture to the customer so that they can see the final product and the condition of the items before they are mailed.

How do I track my order?


Tracking will be emailed as soon as items are shipped.



What are your delivery options?


We deliver through USPS and UPS depending on the size of the item. Depending on the Items, items processing time can range from 3-5 business days and 2-4 weeks. Larger items or quantities processing time will differ.
